Our ideal Human Resources Specialist will possess solid progressive well-rounded human resources experience with exceptional interpersonal skills. They will have the ability to interact with all levels in the company using tact, patience and professional courtesy and demonstrate a sense of urgency and teamwork as well as timely and accurate follow-through.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage employee attendance records and conduct regular analysis and follow-up on attendance exceptions.
- Maintain and update temporary workforce data and manage related attendance operations.
- Support administrative tasks related to foreign employees, including hiring, extension, accommodation, and coordination with agencies.
- Assist with ISO, RBA, and other internal or external audit activities.
- Monitor and update labor law compliance, revising internal policies and procedures as needed.
- Plan and promote the systemization of various bonus programs.
- Assist in employee care and employee relationship maintenance.
- Assist in HR projects and process enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Strong proficiency in English communication.
- Familiar with labor regulations related to human resources and actively maintains up-to-date knowledge in HR area.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
