Job Title: Employee Relations Assistant Subsea Pipeline Project (Oil & Gas)
Location: Taiwan
We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Assistant to support HR and workforce management for a Subsea Pipeline Project in Taiwan. The role involves assisting in employee relations matters, handling documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting workplace policies. The candidate will help facilitate communication between employees and management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Candidate Requirements:- 10-12 years of experience in employee relations for Oil & Gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects.
- Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Taiwanese labor laws, HR policies, and workplace compliance.
- Experience in handling employee inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting grievance resolution.
- Ability to assist in HR initiatives, training programs, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
