Job Title: Employee Relations Officer Subsea Pipeline Project (Oil & Gas)
Location: Taiwan
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Officer to support workforce management for a Subsea Pipeline Project in Taiwan. The role involves handling employee relations, conflict resolution, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The candidate will act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to company policies.
Candidate Requirements:- 10-12 years of experience in employee relations for Oil & Gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects.
- Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwanese labor laws, dispute resolution, and HR best practices.
- Experience in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement programs.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
