Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Subsea Pipeline Project (Oil & Gas)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support a Subsea Pipeline Project in Taiwan. The role involves managing and coordinating the transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment required for offshore and onshore pipeline operations. The candidate will ensure seamless logistics planning, vendor coordination, and compliance with local regulations to support project efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience in logistics for Oil & Gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and local transportation regulations in Taiwan.
  • Experience in coordinating with freight forwarders, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ability to handle logistics documentation, tracking, and reporting efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
