The opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy as a Segment Sales Manager and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. How You'll Make An Impact
- You will establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and knowledge of customer needs.
- You will ensure the development of marketing & sales plans in alignment with local Hitachi Energy strategies and plans.
- You will define and implement marketing & sales strategies aimed at developing industry business and growing the customer base in Taiwan.
- You will perform sales activities to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue objectives.
- You will deliver well pipeline management with dedicated CRM system.
- You will collaborate with all related local Hitachi Energy Business Units to ensure alignment.
- You will participate in internal work groups to share know-how, processes, and market information with Hitachi Energy Business Units.
- You will do work cross functionally through the various Hitachi Energy sales, marketing, services and support departments to define and advance the overall team goals.
- You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or energy industry (Electrical background is a plus).
- At least 5+ years of sales experience in Semiconductor industry. Proven ability to develop and manage strong customer relationships.
- Strong marketing & sales skills and hands-on experience.
- Ability to progress projects such as front-end sales & marketing from origination to execution.
- Industry knowledge in Electronics and Engineering desirable but not essential.
- Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, relationship- building, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations.
