
Sales PM

A Product Manager at Thermaltake in our product marketing department will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and activities directly related to management and maintenance of product life cycle. This position requires interaction with RD PM, Marketing, Sales, purchasing/logistics team, supplier, External Partners, and branch office. To be successful in this role you are self-motivated, energetic, organized, detail oriented and have passion for computers or technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop global marketing strategy for Gaming(peripherals and Sim Racing products) regarding go-to-market plan, product positioning, target audience setting, and message.
- Prepare new product go-to-market plan and ensure new product message is well received by customers
- Provide quarterly product roadmap updates to inside sales and the branch office team.
- Closely monitor new product shipments to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Perform market analysis and comparison for products, pricing, and channels
- Perform monthly revenue/margin analysis, organize monthly revenue/margin reports and presentations
- Communicate and w
ork with the Inside Sales team to ensure HQ's product strategy is processed to customers and the branch office team. - Work with inside sales and branch office teams to collect and analyze customer feedback and provide solutions
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Years of Education
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience in an office setting, preferably for a technology company
- Experience creating reports, especially on Excel, powerpoint and Word.
Knowledge and Skills
- Able to manage priorities and workflow
- Exercise good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Able to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
- Ability to understand and respond to a diverse population
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
- Able to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
