Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with insurance companies and regional team to set up new product plan and launch new products/ new insurance companies.
  • Telemarketing leads management, included request, dispatch, and performance tracking.
  • Provide management with sufficient market information to support product and marketing strategies.
  • Design, implements, and track customer promotion programs to increase cross sell opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and track sales campaigns to drive strong sales momentum.
  • Work with marketing team to design and maintain DBS insurance website.
  • Assist Banca head to prepare management reports/ presentations.
  • BAU maintenance/update of product related materials and commission rates.
  • Liaise sales, Banca team, and insurance companies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products, programs, and services.

Job Requirements:

  • Good teamwork spirit and great interpersonal/ communication skills.
  • Proactive and independent in solving problems.
  • Good commend in English.
  • Good at producing words/excel/ ppt working files.
