. This position reports to Marine Sales Manager, Asia and will work in Taiwan.

About The Position
As a
Sales Manager
in the APAC team, you will lead OEM account management in Taiwan, spearheading business development initiatives while delivering tailored solutions to key clients. You will work hands-on to capture market insights, customer needs, and competitive gaps, ensuring that strategies are executed with precision and agility. This role places you at the forefront of driving growth and strengthening partnerships, while owning the full sales cycle—from strategy through execution—for our marine segment customers in Kaohsiung and across Taiwan.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth for Dometic's marine segment in Taiwan by identifying strategic opportunities and implementing targeted sales initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in on-site project meetings, ensuring our local dealer partners deliver best-in-class service to OEM customers across Taipei and Kaohsiung.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with OEM clients, positioning yourself as a trusted partner in their ongoing success.
  • Serve as the key liaison between OEMs and internal stakeholders by relaying customer feedback, product insights, market developments, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate closely with the APAC Marine team to define and address key customer needs with tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance a comprehensive OEM customer database for Taiwan, including competitor intelligence and market mapping to identify growth opportunities.
  • Play a pivotal role in business development, exploring new market segments and introducing innovative product categories to expand our presence in Taiwan.

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong foundation in Sales and Account Management, along with the following experience and qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the marine industry, ideally within the leisure boat building or OEM sector

  • Proven ability to work proactively and collaboratively with customers and internal cross-functional teams
  • A high level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong commercial sense and a passion for market growth, with a focus on delivering accurate insights from the field
  • Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken
