Our client is logistic leading company, seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join their team in Taipei City. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with clients, solving problems proactively, and managing inter-departmental coordination. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive client-company relationship, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Your understanding of their business objectives and challenges will enable you to provide tailored logistics solutions. You will anticipate and address potential supply chain issues proactively, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include tracking shipments daily with overseas offices/agents, preparing regular reports, communicating effectively with various teams for troubleshooting, and collecting costs for customer quote requests.

What You Bring
The ideal Assistant Manager brings a wealth of experience from the forwarding industry, specifically in handling key/regional/global accounts. Your fluency in English coupled with your strong communication and coordination abilities will be crucial in this role. A bachelor's degree is required along with sales skills and a keen business sense. Your practical knowledge about shipping and international trade will be highly valued. Most importantly, your significant experience in a related forwarding agency will set you apart.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a forwarding company.
  • At least 3 years of experience handling key/regional/global accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Air freight.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Sales and communication skills.
  • Strong business sense.
  • Significant related forwarding agency experience.
  • Practical knowledge about shipping and international trade.
