We're looking for a
System Analyst
with a frontend mindset and a passion for building sleek, intuitive mobile interfaces using
React Native
. You'll join our global technology team, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to analyze, define, and shape user-centric solutions that power our mobile apps.

Work is hybrid with occasions on-site*

What You'll Do

  • Act as the bridge between users, designers, and engineers, translating business requirements into clear, actionable UI/UX features.
  • Lead the analysis and design of frontend solutions for our mobile applications built on
    React Native
    .
  • Review user journeys and wireframes to identify gaps, improve UX flows, and propose scalable frontend architectures.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define scope, feasibility, and implementation plans for new features.
  • Support QA and development teams by clarifying requirements, conducting UAT, and ensuring smooth rollouts.
  • Champion performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform consistency.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    System Analysis
    or
    frontend development
    , ideally with mobile-first products.
  • Hands-on knowledge of
    React Native
    and a solid understanding of modern UI/UX principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience documenting user stories, process flows, and technical specs.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile app architecture patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills — you can talk code with developers and usability with designers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to tools like Figma, Jira, and Git.
  • Knowledge of performance profiling and mobile debugging tools.
  • Communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
