Account Executive (North & South America market)

[Key Responsibilities]


• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, focusing on building lasting relationships with clients.


• Present Calyx solutions through product demonstrations, addressing customer pain points and business challenges.


• Collaborate with SDRs to qualify leads and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.


• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.


• Actively participate in pipeline management, ensuring all sales opportunities are accurately tracked in the CRM.


• Identify new revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling Calyx products.


• Provide market feedback to the product team to influence the development of future offerings.


• Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape, using this knowledge to position Calyx as the best solution.

[Key Requirements]


• 2-4 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a related sales role, with a proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets.


• Advanced to native English skills, with the ability to engage clients across various regions. Spanish language ability is preferred.


• Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.


• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers at all levels.
