ProFederal is a new type of corporate counseling platform headquartered in Taipei. Since 2007, we have been providing consulting services with offices in Tokyo and Singapore.

Role Description

Duties include C-level secretarial and project based work.

Key Competencies & Skills

1. 整合高階主管海內外之工作行程/會議、旅程、餐食及具備機動性能隨行

2. 負責高階主管形象管理、人脈管理、辦公室環境維護、採買貴賓禮贈品及供應商通訊錄管理

3. 管理高階主管個人帳務及請款核銷

4. 規劃及管理行政秘書團隊工作流程、建置秘書手冊以及整合各項資料報表

5. 協助跨部門溝通聯繫事宜,發揮組織綜效

6. 負責文件追蹤與管理、資料彙整及歸檔、庫存管理,協助專案管理、執行與時程控管

主要條件 (must):

★行政文書作業能力強

★喜歡大量文書行政工作

★具備資料分析歸納整理能力

★熟悉Microsoft Office ( Word 、PPT 、 Excel)軟體,製作簡報、表單及會議紀錄…等
