Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • 負責依據主管機關規定,執行並簽署保險公司各項精算文件與報告。
  • 監督精算模型與假設設定的合理性,確保公司保單定價、負債與風險評估具穩健性與合規性。
  • 向董事會、審計委員會及監理機關提供獨立且專業的精算意見。
  • 協助風險管理與財務策略制定,提供資本規劃、再保安排及產品策略建議。
  • 領導或指導精算團隊,推動專業人才培育與技術提升。

Qualifications

  • 需具備壽險精算簽署人資格,符合主管機關相關規範。
  • 至少 10 年以上壽險精算相關工作經驗,其中 5 年以上具領導或管理經驗。
  • 熟悉保險產品精算、負債評估、風險管理及再保操作。
  • 曾參與大型專案如新制上路、系統導入或併購整合尤佳。
  • 具備高度專業判斷力與職業道德操守。
  • 優秀的邏輯分析與問題解決能力。
  • 具策略視野與商業敏感度,能兼顧監理、風險與業務發展。
  • 良好的中英文書面與口頭溝通能力,能與主管機關、外部顧問及高階管理團隊互動。
