Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Review and revise various types of contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and provide legal advice on relevant matters.
  • Participate in group-level or cross-functional projects and offer professional legal support.
  • Handle corporate governance matters, including board meeting scheduling, documentation
  • Handle other legal-related matters and tasks.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to the financial or insurance industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law or related fields. Familiarity with insurance regulations is a plus.
  • English skills (written and reading), with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AI productivity tools is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a proactive self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Certificate: Lawyer license preferred.
