  • 全面管理日常營運:負責DC與eDC日常營運與管理,確保倉儲效率、庫存準確率、訂單準時出貨及客戶滿意度指標穩定達成。
  • 跨部門專案協作與推動:主導並協調跨部門專案(如流程重整、自動化導入、擴倉規劃等),有效整合內外部資源,確保專案如期如質落地。
  • 成本控制與風險管理:負責物流中心年度預算規劃與成本監控,定期進行風險評估,制定異常應變方案以保障營運穩定性。

【Candidate Profile】

  • 必須有自動化倉儲系統經驗
  • 具10年以上物流/倉儲管理經驗,5年以上主管職經驗,熟悉DC與eDC混合型物流模式
  • 具快消品、零售、電商產業背景尤佳
  • 熟悉WMS、ERP等系統
