【Candidate Profile】

  • 具備 10 年以上物流相關經驗,含物流營運管理、倉儲與作業流程優化經驗。
  • 須具備跨部門、跨國溝通與報告能力。
  • 團隊領導與人員管理能力。

【Responsibilities】

  • 全面負責物流部門日常運作,包含貨運代理、倉儲、運輸及相關客戶服務,確保作業效率與服務品質。
  • 與運輸廠商進行溝通與協調,處理運送相關事宜。定期執行委外運輸績效評估,提出改善計畫並追蹤執行成果;負責年度合約談判及貨代詢比議價作業。
  • 協調大量出貨期間的作業安排,設定倉庫出貨優先順序,並持續優化出貨流程以提升出貨效率。
  • 定期檢視出貨達成率、運送準確性與時效性,確保各項物流指標達成目標。
  • 負責庫存安全性與準確性控管,定期提報成品、滯銷品與不良品等庫存報表,主導年度盤點作業並提交結果報告。
  • 定期評估並篩選合適的外部倉儲資源,確保倉儲彈性與成本效益。
