其他條件

  1. 產業經驗:需具備製造業,特別是電腦週邊、電子零組件、線束、連接器或相關領域 10年以上工作與管理經驗。

  2. 生產與運營管理:

a.精通成本分析、訂單管理、產能規劃、物料需求計畫等。

b.熟悉工廠運營的各個環節,包括精實生產、專案管理、工程品質、設備維護、料倉儲及供應鏈管理等。

  1. 系統能力:

a. 熟悉企業資源規劃系統(SAP),製造執行系統(MES), Portal, 與 Agile 作業系統等。

b. 熟悉品質認證系統, 包含 ISO9001, IATF16949, QC080000, ISO13485 等。

  1. 數據分析與解決問題能力:

a. 能夠收集和分析生產數據,識別營運瓶頸,並提出有效的策略方案。

b. 具備 6-sigma等品質能力,能夠帶領團隊持續改善生產與工程品質。

  1. 領導與溝通能力:

a. 卓越的領導能力,能有效帶領、激勵及管理團隊。

b. 出色的內外部溝通、協調與表達能力,能進行有效的跨部門合作。

c. 邏輯思維與抗壓性:具備清晰的邏輯思維,並能在抗壓環境下維持相當的工作效率。

d. 積極與主動性: 展現高度的工作積極性, 並能主動追蹤各項專案進度的能力。
