工作條件

  1. 帶領公司
    幹細胞、再生醫學、外泌體等銷售團隊。

  2. 制定並執行年度業務策略,確保達成公司銷售目標與市場份額增長。

  3. 分析市場趨勢、競爭對手動態及客戶需求,識別業務機會並制定相應計畫。

  4. 與高層管理團隊合作,參與公司整體策略規劃,確保業務目標與公司願景一致。

  5. 設定各區團隊績效目標,進行培訓、指導與考核,提升團隊整體能力。

  6. 建立積極的團隊文化,激勵員工士氣,確保高效協作與目標達成。

  7. 建立並維護與關鍵客戶(例如醫院、診所等)的長期合作關係。

  8. 開拓新客戶,拓展市場覆蓋範圍,提升產品或服務的滲透率。

9.參與重要商務談判,確保達成有利於公司的合作協議。

10.參加行業展會、研討會等,推廣公司產品並建立專業網絡。

  1. 監控銷售數據與市場表現,定期分析並向高層報告業務進展。

  2. 管理北中南各區業務主管,完成公司業務目標。

需求條件

  1. 生物醫學、生物技術、醫學工程、商業管理或相關領域的學士學位,碩士學位優先

  2. 10年以上生物醫學相關產業經驗,
    其中至少5年帶領20人以上團隊的管理經驗

  3. 具備生物技術相關產業的銷售或業務拓展經驗者優先(如:檢測、外泌體銷售、幹脂肪儲存…等)

  4. 熟悉生物醫學產業的市場動態、監管要求與技術趨勢
