客戶硬體服務及管理部門的日常會將重點放在 POS 系統的週邊硬體設備服務,在這裡你可以:
累積在規模規模500人以上科技公司的工作經驗
了解線上或實體的零售業商家開店時所需要的知識
獲得管理營運一間真實網路商店的經驗
學習到如何自主安排且有彈性的完成工作目標
與各個不同專業部門的同事合作辦活動

【What you will be doing】
輔導新進客戶如何使用及安裝 POS 系統
管理 POS 系統硬體設備網路商店銷售,包含每日出貨及庫存管理
每月常態性販售商品採購
銷售業績報表整理
POS 系統硬體設備送修及備用機出借管理
策劃、支援公司內外部與 POS 硬體設備相關活動

有良好的溝通技巧
細心且主動積極
擅長數字管理,熟悉 excel 或 google 試算表使用
喜歡接受新挑戰
