我們正在尋覓人才協助我們帶領 Coupang 台灣拓展業務。這是個難得的機會,一同參與 Coupang 在台灣的成長,打造一個讓我們的顧客自問「沒有 Coupang,我該怎麼過活?」的世界。  

職缺名稱 : Supply Chain Management 電商物流營運專員

工作內容:
你將負責管理 1P(自營)與 3PL(第三方物流)廠商的日常與每週營運績效,包括出貨、退貨、客訴處理、帳務等相關事項:
- 每日追蹤 1P/3PL 廠商的表現,包括配送狀況、損壞、遺失等
- 與廠商溝通處理問題與客訴,並取得物流產能的最新資訊
- 監控廠商的整體表現與配送達成率,並與廠商團隊合作解決問題
- 與內部相關單位(如物流中心、出貨團隊、財務、產能規劃、客服等)保持良好溝通
- 處理 1P/3P 廠商的付款流程,包括資料整理與報表製作

主要條件:
- 積極主動,樂於學習,能快速適應變化
- 具備快速反應與判斷工作優先順序的能力
- 熟悉 Excel 操作(如樞紐分析表、V lookup等)
- 能適應物流中心的現場工作環境
- 需配合假日輪班,以支援 1P/3P 廠商的營運需求
- 良好的溝通與問題解決能力
- 具備基本的英文讀寫與口說能力

加分條件:
- 有運輸管理或物流背景( 3PL 經驗加分)
- 歡迎採購或業務助理背景,想轉職物流、供應鏈的人選
