職責要求
To be cooperation with headquarter and other branch offices 與總部和其他分公司合作
To set and achieve the company targets 制定並實現公司目標
To lead the branch office 負責管理公司日常運營
To build Sales Team in Taipei and Kaohsiung 建立台北和高雄業務團隊
To be P&L responsibility for the branch office 負責分公司的盈虧
To be responsible for costs and revenues of the branch office 負責分公司的成本和收入
To review company performance and financial results 審查公司業績和財務結果
To prepare the budget and monitor the keeping of budget lines 編制預算並監督預算專案的執行情況
To perform guidelines issued by the higher management 執行上級領導下達的指令
To monitor the profitability and efficiency of processes within the branch office 監控分公司內部的盈利能力和流程效率
To be responsible for development of existing and implementation of new products and trade lanes. 負責現有產品及航線的開發以及新產品的開發
To maintain agents relationships in accordance with company policy. 依據公司政策規定,維護好與代理的關系
To be responsible for personnel leadership and personnel planning for the branch office in cooperation with the senior management 與上級領導合作,管理人員及人事規劃事宜
To monitor working discipline and assess the work and results of the employees. 監督工作紀律,評估員工的工作和成果
To mentor of management potentials 注重對員工的培養
To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs. 承擔額外的任務/工作,以符合公司的需要
任職資格
More than 10 years working experience in logistics industry or in management role is preferred 在物流行業有10年以上工作經驗者或有管理經驗者優先考慮
Proficient in English 精通英文
Leadership and organizational ability 良好的領導和組織能力
Presentation and communication skills 良好的與人溝通的能力
Business development ability 業務開發的能力
Negotiation skills 良好的談判能力
