We are seeking a dynamic Channel Account Director to drive growth in the Taiwan

market by managing and expanding our network of value-added resellers (VARs) and

solution provider partners.

Key Responsibilities

 Recruit, develop, and grow revenue with value-added resellers and existing

partners.

 Manage all reseller partnerships within the framework of channel programs,

driving new business development and strategic alliances.

 Motivate, educate, and train partners on company products and technologies.

 Build and maintain strong working relationships with channel partners to

maximize product sales.

 Collaborate with partners to identify sales opportunities and develop joint business

plans aligned with mutual objectives.

 Provide product training and inform partners of complementary services.

 Resolve partner-related issues and sales conflicts promptly.

 Develop partner-specific sales and marketing plans to enhance selling and

marketing efforts.

 Conduct business reviews, recommend improvements, and maintain accurate sales

records and reports.

 Promote the company's position as a global leader in network security.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

 Proven sales professional with strong strategic thinking and deep understanding of

the technology business sector.

 Demonstrated success in recruiting new partners, designing joint business plans,

and implementing market strategies.

 Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

 Experience in network security is preferred. Knowledge of technologies such as

WAF, CDN, DNS, VPN, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, and Intrusion

Prevention is a plus.
