The Hero's Background: Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field such as Public Affairs, Economic and International Relationships
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential to support cross-market communications, client engagement, and content development across the region.
• More than 10 years of experience in public relations, integrated communications, or marketing — preferably within an agency environment
• Proven success in leading regional or multi-market client accounts with measurable business impact
• Deep understanding of the technology, B2B, or digital ecosystem — able to connect insights across technology industries Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate client business goals into compelling communication campaigns
• Demonstrated expertise in media relations, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement at senior and C-suite levels
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring mid-level leaders to success
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen; able to balance creative innovation with business profitability
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multicultural, and matrix environments across APAC or global markets
