Description

Key Responsibilities
1. 系統開發與維護:負責規劃理賠系統及客服系統的程式開發與維護,確保系統穩定運行。
2. 需求管理:包括範疇管理、需求收集、分析和優先度排序,確保業務需求的準確落實。
3. 用戶需求訪談:
與用戶進行需求訪談,並引導用戶完整填寫業務需求文件。
4. 需求文件撰寫:撰寫業務需求文件,確保使用者需求及業務流程的完整性,督導分析及開發人員依據需求進行功能規格的撰寫及開發。
5. 專案協調:協助專案溝通與跨部門協調,掌握時程、品質與範圍。
6. 程式碼審查:執行程式碼審查,確保程式與需求一致性,提升系統的可靠性。
7. 廠商管理:管理駐點廠商人員,協助任務分配與進度控管,確保需求及專案順利推進。
8. 其他任務:完成主管交辦的其他相關工作事項。

Qualifications

1. 具備5年以上 Java 開發經驗。
2. 具備需求/專案管理能力,能提供有效的解決方案並推動專案如期完成。
3. 具備壽險相關業務系統維護經驗,熟悉理賠服務或客服服務壽險業務流程。
4. 良好的問題分析與解決能力,邏輯清晰,擅長溝通協調,可使用英文進行溝通。
5. 團隊管理:具備小型團隊(2~3人/ 駐點人員/ 廠商)管理經驗者尤佳。
6. 熟悉 Java Framework,如 Spring Boot、Struts2者尤佳。
7. 熟悉前端技術如 jQuery、Bootstrap者尤佳。
8. 熟悉 ORM 工具(如 JPA/Hibernate)者尤佳。
9. 熟悉專案建置工具,如 Gradle 或 Maven者尤佳。
10. 具備 RESTful API 與 Web Service 開發經驗者尤佳。
11. 熟悉 Git 版本控制與日常操作流程者尤佳。
12. 具備管理程式碼弱點掃描及修復經驗者尤佳。
13. 熟悉 Web Sphere者尤佳。
