協助老師與供應商課程製作與規劃內容,滿足企業用戶的線上學習需求

透過和夥伴及老師共同製作課程的過程與歷練,逐漸成為製課專家,打造更多創新且高品質的課程內容。

工作內容

1. 課程內容企劃與專案管理

  • 支援企業端課程的策劃與執行,包含課程文案整理、上架時程安排、專案進度掌控。
  • 協助與跟進講師及供應商洽談合作細節進度,並提供創意與課程包裝建議。
  • 與跨部門溝通合作(業務、行銷、客戶成功顧問團隊),並收集其他部門建議及需求,與團隊夥伴共同完成企業端客戶需求。

2. 課程內容製作與支持

  • 與影音製作團隊合作課程影像製作、字幕,並給予回饋,處理與拍攝前期規劃。
  • 蒐集用戶回饋,規劃未來課程優化計畫。

3. 團隊協作與支持

  • 定期與內部內容團隊及客戶保持靈活且高效的合作。
  • 支援團隊其他協作需求,並貢獻專業洞察以推進公司整體業務。
必備條件
  • 具備良好的溝通與協調能力,樂於學習新知識。
  • 邏輯清晰,擅於時程管理與化繁為簡。
  • 熱愛閱讀與寫作,擁有說故事的能力。
  • 細心且耐心,保持效率。
  • 對教育科技、知識付費產業有基本了解,並對課程內容製作有興趣。
加分條件
  • 具有影像製作或與團隊合作的經驗。
  • 熟悉經營管理、職場職能或 HR 領域。
  • 熟悉國內外企業內訓平台及其產品形態。
  • 具備英語閱讀能力。
