一堂好課程的誕生不僅需要專業的知識提供者,還必須有一位「知識轉譯與表達」的專家。這次,我們在找一位「內容企劃實習生」,期待你能夠將生硬、抽象的知識轉化成容易吸收、兼具娛樂性與陪伴感的線上課程。

你會加入的是 Hahow 的「新課程內容製作團隊」,參與從前期競品研究、市場調查分析、產品定位、影音企劃到課程頁面製作的完整流程,從課程還在「尚未上線」階段開始,一路參與它「被看見」的過程。

這是一份適合喜歡發想企劃、與人溝通協作、善於專案管理,並且對內容懷抱熱情的你,可以「做中學」,邊實戰邊成長的實習機會。


實習工作內容
  • 協助各類型課程募資專案之前期競品研究、市場調查、協助產品定位、研究不同族群受眾,規劃適合的課程包裝策略
  • 協助各類型課程募資專案之用戶訪談邀約、跟訪、訪談紀錄、整理訪談結果
  • 協助分析觀察課程相關數據,調整企劃方向、優化課程頁面
  • 實際參與課程專案平面與影音拍攝專案的完整流程,包含前置、拍攝與後製,並協助整理影片逐字稿、抓字卡..等事項
  • 其他主管交辦事項

職能

  • 善用數位工具進行專案管理,有效評估任務必要性與優先序,確保優質的產出。
  • 良好的文案與內容製作能力,產出用戶理解且認同的有價內容。
  • 具短影音創意發想企劃能力及基礎影音剪輯能力

特質

  • 樂於接收新鮮事物,願意接觸不熟悉的知識領域。
  • 熱愛多元學習途徑,了解不同學習形式的優劣利弊。
  • 細心與同理心兼具,能識別潛在問題,大膽假設小心驗證。
  • 邏輯清晰,擅於化繁為簡的溝通協調,能夠妥善吸收、理解來自內部團隊與外部講師的資訊。
  • 具成長性思維,主動尋求學習成長機會,願意面對困難和挑戰並尋找解決方案。
加分條件:如果你擁有以下能力,那就更棒了
  • 擅長簡報提案,熟悉 Google Slide、 Figma、Miro 等工具。
  • 有平面設計相關技能(Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator 皆可)
  • 熟悉基本剪輯工具(Premiere、Final Cut、剪映/ CapCut 皆可)
  • 擅長數位工具追蹤數據並分析網頁瀏覽行為,如 Mixpanel、GA4、Clarity。
  • 具備團隊合作溝通經驗(如社團、活動、展覽等協力合作經驗)
  • 熟悉教育科技、知識付費產業,了解國內外知名教育平台與產品型態。
  • 具教學現場實務經驗,理解認知、情意、技能等教學目標與相關模型。

工作地點

台北市松山區民生東路四段 133 號 6 樓

工作時間
  • 一週可參與時間三天左右(請隨履歷附上可排班時間)
  • 實習長度:6 ~ 12 個月(可視情況於面試時討論調整
薪資福利
  • 時薪 NT$ 200 元(含勞健保)
