法務團隊在 Hahow 負責提供各部門法律意見、草擬合約及公司文件管理等事務,並積極與各部門溝通、理解各部門法務需求。法務實習生將與法務經理合作,主要協助合約管理、歸檔,並視時間與興趣,進行線上教育、公司治理與智慧財產權相關法制領域的研究,我們期待能找到一位對於教育與內容結合科技的新型態教育產業有興趣,並願意主動了解公司業務的夥伴,如果這也是你所期待的法務工作,歡迎你加入我們

實習工作內容

  • 執行、協作合約管理與歸檔的相關流程與制度。
  • 網路搜索課程侵權狀況,協助公司智慧財產權保護。
  • 研究「網際網路教學服務」、行政機關人員採用線上課程教學規範等線上教育相關法規。
  • 其他主管交辦事項。

  • 耐心與細心兼具,抗壓性高且對法務工作有熱忱。
  • 能自行思考工作方法,並能對流程提出改善優化建議。
  • 具良好溝通能力與學習能力。

  • 法律相關科系畢業。
  • 具備智慧財產權法、民法、商事法、勞動法或個人資料保護法等相關法律知識專業。

工作地點

台北市松山區民生東路四段 133 號 6 樓

工作時間

  • 實習長度:2 ~ 3 個月(可視情況於面試時討論調整),依據雙方協議之工作起訖日簽訂定期合約。
  • 實習期間,每週工作時數至少 12 小時,固定工作時段可與主管討論,實習研究期間並可經主管同意後彈性遠端工作。

薪資福利

  • 時薪 NT$ 200 元(含勞健保)
