內容與平台顧問經理隸屬於 Hahow 創作者中心,你將帶領團隊憑藉此職務對於平台內容、流程、資源等項目的掌握、洞察力及專案管理能力,攜手外部合作團隊、單位及創作者,與 Hahow 平台一同達成目標、推動優質內容的誕生與成長、實現學習影響力的最大化。

工作內容
  1. 內容獲取:對學習趨勢與市場脈動保持高度敏銳,能洞察用戶潛在需求與內容風向,主動辨識具高潛力的主題與創作者。並透過 Hahow 平台的提案開課、審核機制,以及和開發團隊的協作;規劃並制定每季度的上架內容與團隊營收目標。
  2. 團隊帶領:有效管理與激勵團隊成員,推動目標達成;同時根據團隊成員專長與任務需求,進行工作安排與進度掌握,持續優化專案執行品質與效率。具備成本意識與經營視角,能引導團隊在達成創造內容同時,也掌控專案的成本效益與獲利目標,打造兼具創造力與執行力的團隊文化。
  3. 課程專案執行:親自負責課程專案,與開課創作者或單位展開溝通與協作,提供關於市場趨勢、課程定位、課綱設計、行銷切角等策略建議,一同完成相關事項規劃及執行,成功打造具差異化的優質內容;使其順利於平台上架募資、開課。
  4. 與通路部門緊密協作:與內部行銷、廣告、設計、產品等團隊協作以幫助此團隊獲取課程專案所需之資源與支持,使課程內容擁有更完整的呈現及曝光機會。
  5. 與直屬主管密切溝通:使團隊在商業模式、內容協作流程、工作項目等皆能持續優化;並支援任務型或測試性專案執行與其他主管交辦事項。
必備條件
  1. 須有兩年(含)以上專案管理與企劃經驗(行銷、策展、出版等皆可)。
  2. 須有一年(含)以上目標管理或團隊領導經驗。
  3. 對教育科技、線上課程產業有基本了解,熟悉創作者產業與知識付費模式。
  4. 擅長溝通協調與商業談判,能獲取內外部合作夥伴信任。
  5. 具數據與資料分析能力,能洞察數據成果且優化執行方案。
  6. 善於思考、發現問題,並能提出具體做法、化繁為簡解決問題。
  7. 樂於面對產業與團隊的挑戰及改變,能接納多元想法和建議。
  8. 具備英語溝通表達能力。

  2. 擁有自己或他人的品牌、自媒體經營經驗,或是線上平台經營、營運經驗。
  3. 樂於接收新的事物,願意接觸自己過去不熟悉的知識領域。
  4. 熟悉 ChatGPT 或其他 AI、自動化工具使用。
