Work You'll do
1

一、國際風險管理趨勢與產業市場調研:

  • 調研並識別國際風險趨勢及產業市場風險重點,建立企業風險治理結構。
  • 以整體性企業管理思維識別、識別企業營運可能面對的風險,包括財務風險、作業風險、策略風險、聲譽風險...等,協助企業識別風險同時挖掘潛在機會,實現風險與機會的平衡管理
  • 整合內外部議題輔導建立企業營運風險管理策略及因應計畫,以支持風險管理決策並確保企業長期穩定運營。

二、企業風險管理機制優化諮詢:

  • 提供國內外公司風險管理政策、規章制度及作業程序的設計與制定服務。
  • 諮詢風險管理組織架構設計,並提供角色與權責分配建議。
  • 提供風險管理活動(如評估、辨識、回應及報告)的諮詢服務。
  • 進行風險管理成熟度診斷,並規劃風險管理教育訓練課程。

三、新興風險與國際企業風險管理:

  • 識別並應對企業運營中的新興風險,制定應對策略。
  • 提供國際企業風險管理的最佳實踐,提升全球運營的穩定性。

四、風險管理意識培訓及企業風險管理文化建置

  • 提供企業主風險管理思維的培訓,提升決策層的風險意識及管理能力。
  • 提供建立企業風險管理文化服務,形塑整體性企業風險管理意識、思維及風險敏感度。
  • 建立企業內部由上而下,跨部門溝通、傳達及風險因應之整體性風險管理能力及應變機制,有效傳達及施行企業風險管理策略與目標。

五、專案管理

  • 參與並執行專案工作並確保專案目標達成。
  • 與團隊及客戶保持緊密合作,確保專案進度及品質。

六、溝通與協調:

  • 與內外部利益相關者保持良好溝通,協助確保資訊透明及決策有效。
  • 處理及解決專案工作及客戶需求,確保專案進度順利。

Requirements

  • 具備3年以上市櫃公司治理、風險管理、內部控制建置、內部稽核、商業流程分析、數據分析等相關經驗。
  • 有企業風險管理機制推動及實務經驗,或風險管理部門工作經驗者佳
  • 瞭解ISO管理制度,並有實際推行經驗。
  • 對商業分析、數據分析及新興科技技術運用(如:AI、視覺化分析技術)有興趣者且想挑戰者。
  • 有市場調研及分析能力,對研讀國內外風險案例、風險管理趨勢、風險管理相關法規等有興趣者。
  • 豐富的專案管理經驗,能夠獨立主導並執行專案。
  • 具備人員管理經驗,善於培訓及激勵團隊成員或職涯規劃朝團隊共同成長目標者。
  • 優秀的溝通能力,具企圖心及主動積極學習、善與人團隊合作與溝通協調、良好邏輯分析與組織能力、樂於嘗試新事物並解決問題且對顧問工作有高度興趣者。者
