Location: On site in Sihanoukville, Cambodia + (Travel Requirements: Regular travel to Poipet and Bavet studios, approximately once a month for routine visits, in addition to extended travel for special projects).

We are seeking a Technical IT Manager to support the operations team in our studios in Cambodia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor procedures and operations, ensuring compliance by studio staff.
  • Resolve incidents in a timely manner, including escalation, problem analysis, and resolution.
  • Monitor game performance, availability, and uptime through data collection and content optimization.
  • Optimize daily work processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in training, documentation, and procedural requirements.
  • Set up and maintain local and external networks and configure firewall settings.
  • Support studio Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including Digital Video Recording (DVR) and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems—light and camera settings included.
  • Assist in strategic planning and risk analysis for various projects.
  • Identify, plan, and execute information system needs or changes in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the point of contact between departments and external providers.
  • Prioritize system upgrades and software updates.
  • Provide regular studio status updates to department managers (daily, weekly, monthly).

The Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or a related field.
  • Degree in a technology-related discipline.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; Vietnamese is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in live studios, TV, or internet broadcasting is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
  • High sense of urgency.
