About the Hiring Company:
Our client is a leading iGaming company recognized for its innovative approach to player engagement and promotional strategies. They are now looking for a Promotion Coordinator to support the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across global markets. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, tools, and cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Promotions with analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Track and monitor marketing spend and budgets across both network-wide and bespoke promotions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and hypothesis testing to measure promotional effectiveness.
  • Maintain a database of testing results and share best practices with internal stakeholders.
  • Implement data quality checks and handle deduplication tasks for special projects in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team.
  • Develop an understanding of the company's back-office systems and marketing tools to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Assist in executing approved network and bespoke promotions, ensuring accuracy from pre-launch to post-launch stages.
  • Respond to queries related to back-office setups, activation, and terms & conditions.
  • Act as back-up support for the promotions team in daily campaign operations (e.g., opt-in management, creative review, QA testing, and winner list generation).
  • Provide suggestions for tool improvements and assist in system rollouts and process enhancements.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization).
  • Experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in promotions, business intelligence, or marketing operations within iGaming, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
  • 'Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, ideally with familiarity in Jira, Confluence, or similar workflow tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and commercial teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
