Responsibilities

  • Execute daily order operations and manage production schedules.
  • Track and verify supplier documentation to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain flexibility to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Manage and maintain system data accurately.
  • Prepare reports and conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collect supplier information and oversee the full order-to-shipment process.
  • Respond to emails and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
  • Create quotations and prepare materials for customer visits (samples, artwork, order history, etc.).
  • Place orders, arrange production, and manage shipment details (dates, pricing, artwork, etc.).
  • Review inventory levels and recommend order quantities.
  • Provide historical data and collaborate with teams to develop market strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
