About the Hiring Company:

Our client is a rapidly growing digital marketing and technology provider with operations across Asia and Europe. With a solid in-house team of marketing, design, and development professionals, they are expanding their capabilities by building a dedicated SEO function in-house. Their clients include major players in the iGaming sector.

They are now looking to bring on an experienced Senior SEO Manager to take full ownership of their SEO strategy and execution, previously handled by external agencies. This is a high-impact role offering autonomy, resources, and support to drive real results.

Role Overview

As the Senior SEO Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple iGaming markets. You'll work independently and collaborate with internal teams to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to leverage advanced SEO tactics—including, where appropriate, grey and black hat methods.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead SEO strategy across iGaming verticals.
• Perform technical audits, optimize site structure, metadata, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
• Plan and implement off-page SEO tactics, including link-building, content syndication, and influencer outreach.
• Where applicable, leverage advanced SEO methods (PBNs, cloaking, automation) with accountability and awareness of risk.
• Execute keyword and competitor analysis, domain acquisition strategies, and redirect/keyword conversion tactics.
• Build and manage backlink structures, including tiered link-building systems and PBN strategies.
• Implement branding and SEO penetration strategies across different market tiers globally.
• Oversee PPC and SEM strategy in conjunction with organic SEO.
• Monitor and report on SEO and SEM performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, and others.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, automation, and emerging SEO/SEM trends.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to implement and support all search strategies.
• Evaluate campaign performance at the 6-month mark to ensure ROI and growth trajectory.

The Successful Candidate:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience exclusively within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record of increasing search rankings and driving high-converting organic traffic in iGaming.
• Deep knowledge of white hat and black hat SEO strategies including PBNs, cloaking, and automated link building.
• Strong experience managing PPC and SEM campaigns alongside organic SEO strategies.
• Advanced WordPress knowledge (90%+ fluency).
• Solid technical SEO foundation: HTML, CSS, JavaScript familiarity a plus.
• Expert-level use of SEO/SEM tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Majestic, Google Search Console, etc.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Self-driven, highly analytical, and comfortable working remotely and autonomously.
• Portfolio of 15–20 successful SEO projects within iGaming, with clear metrics.
• Experience with Optimove is a plus (not required).
• Personality traits: responsible, calculating, numbers-driven, focused on helping others.
