【職務說明】

  • 市場策略與商業洞察 (50%)
  • 規劃並推動香港市場 SEO 策略與成效追蹤
  • 進行競爭分析與關鍵字研究,掌握市場機會
  • 提供數據洞察與 ROI 分析,支援管理決策
  • 跨團隊協作與專案推動 (30%)
  • 作為香港與總部 Growth Team 的主要溝通橋樑
  • 將本地需求轉化為專案提案,爭取資源
  • 協助全球策略本地化並有效落地
  • 內容管理與品質控管 (20%)
  • 建立並管理內容供應商/寫手網絡
  • 制定並落實內容與 SEO 品質標準
  • 追蹤並優化內容表現

【關鍵績效指標】

  • 商業指標: 自然搜尋渠道帶來的訂單量/營收、自然成長的投資回報率 (ROI)。
  • 流量指標: 自然搜尋流量、目標商業關鍵字的排名與點閱率 (CTR)。

【主要協作對象】

  • 內部: 香港行銷主管、香港 Product Marketing 團隊、總部增長團隊 (HQ Growth Team)。
  • 外部: 自由工作者、內容寫手、內容創作代理商。

【必備條件】

  • 至少 3~5 年 SEO 與內容策略相關經驗,具備驅動自然流量顯著增長的成功案例。
  • 具備從零開始建立並執行全面性 SEO 策略的成功經驗。
  • 在關鍵字研究、頁面優化 (On-page SEO) 及連結建立 (Link Building) 方面具備專家級知識。
  • 熟練操作 Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 等業界標準工具。
  • 卓越的分析能力,能將複雜數據轉化為清晰、可執行的策略。
  • 出色的溝通與簡報技巧,能夠有效影響各層級的利害關係人。

【加分條件】

  • 擁有線上旅行社 (OTA)或大型旅遊科技公司的領域經驗。
  • 具備管理或指導 SEO/內容專員的經驗。
  • 擁有制定整合文字、影像和語音格式的多管道內容策略的經驗。
