你會做什麼:

  • 負責規劃、執行並監督各類市場質化及量化調查,包括年度定著UA調查和新品專案,以確保資料收集的完整性與準確性。
  • 針對不同產品線或專案需求,設計合適的問卷或訪談大綱,有效蒐集消費者意見與市場反饋。
  • 整理、分析大量市場數據,撰寫清晰易懂的報告,協助內部團隊快速掌握市場脈動。
  • 主動了解產品負責人提出的各項需求,並轉化為具體可執行的市調方案。
  • 作為公司與外部市調公司的主要聯繫窗口,負責溝通協調、審核提案內容並把關最終成果品質。
  • 追蹤市調進度並即時回應突發狀況,確保所有專案按時完成且符合預期目標。
  • 針對市調結果提出具體建議,協助產品負責人優化市場策略及新品上市規劃。
  • 積極參與跨部門會議,共享市場洞察資訊,加強團隊間的合作與知識交流。

你帶來什麼:

  • 具備2年以上市場研究相關經驗,熟悉質化及量化調查方法並能獨立操作整個流程。
  • 擁有良好的數據分析能力,能熟練運用Excel、SPSS等統計軟體進行資料處理與解讀。
  • 優秀的溝通協作技巧,可有效連結內外部資源並促進團隊合作氛圍。
  • 細心且具備高度責任感,在面對多重任務時能妥善安排時間並確保交付品質。
  • 具備撰寫清晰報告及簡報能力,可將複雜資訊轉化為易於理解的洞察建議。
  • 樂於學習新知、勇於接受挑戰,在變動快速的產業環境中保持彈性思維。
  • 曾有跨部門或跨組織合作經驗者尤佳,有助於加速融入團隊並提升工作效率。
