你將成為品牌團隊的重要策略夥伴,帶領團隊推動大型客戶的市場敘事、溝通策略與整合行銷公關專案。

We are hiring a
Director of PR Consulting (FMCG & Lifestyle)
to lead one of VM's fastest-growing practices.

You will serve as a strategic partner to major consumer brands, leading a consulting team and shaping communication strategies across markets.

【What You Will Lead|工作職責】

1|品牌與公關策略制定(Strategy Leadership)

• 制定 FMCG、生活風格、美妝、零售品牌的年度溝通與公關策略
• 建立品牌敘事(Brand Narrative)、Public Narrative 與媒體溝通框架
• 以數據、洞察與市場觀察制定策略,並與 CXO / 品牌主管對話
• Develop annual communication and PR strategies for FMCG, lifestyle, beauty and retail brands
• Build brand narrative, public narrative and integrated communication frameworks
• Use insights and data to shape strategy and advise senior executives

2|客戶領導與顧問式合作(Client Leadership)

• 主導中大型品牌客戶關係、策略方向與整合方案
• 與客戶高層合作,辨識市場機會、風險與溝通需求
• 監督專案執行、媒體策略、KOL 企劃與危機管理
• Lead major client relationships and act as a senior advisor
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities and communication needs
• Oversee project execution, media strategy, KOL programs and issue/crisis management

3|團隊領導與人才發展(Team Management)

• 帶領 9–12 人團隊,負責招募、培育、方法論與績效管理
• 建立可複製的流程與標準,提高團隊策略深度與執行品質
• 以教練式領導提升團隊洞察力、思維與專業能量
• Manage and mentor a consulting team of 9–12 members
• Create scalable methodologies to elevate team capability
• Coach consultants to build strategic thinking and communication excellence

4|新業務與成長策略(Growth & Innovation)

• 參與提案、業務拓展與跨團隊合作
• 推動 PRaaS 2.0、AI 賦能溝通服務與數據導向解法
• 建立 VM 在快速消費市場的觀點、方法與產業影響力
• Support business development and proposal strategy
• Drive innovation in PRaaS 2.0 and AI-enabled communication solutions
• Strengthen VM's thought leadership and influence within the FMCG sector

【Qualifications|任職資格】

必備條件 Must-have

• 8 年以上 PR/Communications/Brand/Integrated Marketing 經驗
• 具 FMCG、生活風格、美妝保養、零售等相關產業背景
• 曾主導大型品牌的溝通策略、媒體架構與整合專案
• 2 年以上團隊管理經驗
• 中英文精通,擅長簡報、策略分析與內容溝通
• 有能力提出洞察、拆解問題並影響高層決策
• 8+ years experience in PR, communications, brand or integrated marketing
• Strong background in FMCG, lifestyle, beauty or consumer categories
• Proven experience leading strategies and major communication programs
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to influence executives
