Job Summary: 
As part of Schroders Taiwan Product team, this role serves as a strategic ambassador for Schroders' fixed income and multi-asset capabilities. The Investment Director will represent our credit and macro strategies externally, support client engagement, and translate investment insights into compelling, locally resonant messaging. This role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and investment teams to drive product understanding, positioning, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Investment Communication & Strategic Messaging

–    Represent Schroders' fixed income strategies externally, including credit and macro capabilities, across client meetings, media engagements, and public forums.
–    Translate investment insights into clear, client-relevant messaging tailored for Taiwan's market context, ensuring resonance across channels and audiences.
–    Deliver educational presentations, market updates, and strategy briefings in both Mandarin and English, adapting content for various formats (e.g., seminars, webinars, press releases).
–    Participate in portfolio discussions with onshore and offshore investment teams, contributing to product development, positioning, and feedback loops.

2.    Sales Enablement & Channel Engagement
–    Partner with client-facing teams to support sales, marketing, and client engagement efforts, including distributor onboarding, gatekeeper pitching, and investor education.
–    Support sales activities such as gatekeeper visits, branch training, client seminars, and promotional events; proactively follow up to drive business outcomes.
–    Proactively engage with gatekeepers to build Schroders' product recognition—especially in fixed income—and collaborate with account owners to uncover business opportunities.

3.    Product Marketing & Promotion Strategy
–    Provide high-quality, timely product marketing materials for key focus products, including product presentations, investment reports, market commentaries, and client-requested content.
–    Identify strategic and mid-to-long term product trends based on market insights; lead cross-functional discussions and implement feasible product promotion plans.
–    Lead or coordinate product-related projects and cross-divisional communications to ensure alignment and execution efficiency.
–    Support internal product development processes and regulatory communications when necessary.
