VP/Sales Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maximize business potential for new and existing clients, with high compliance of regulations and internal guidelines
- Develop new and nurture existing client relationships.
- Present AllianceBernstein and Funds product line in an intelligent manner.
- Ensure expedient and accurate resolution of all incoming inquires by the distributors.
- Ensure follow-through and continue communication between AllianceBernstein and the investment community.
- Provide post-sales support to clients
- Provide continual feedback to management on market conditions, distributor and product requests, competitor information and operational or other issues.
- Interface between various departments such as Strategic Planning, Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Operations and Accounting on issues as they relate to these departments.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Must be a team player and work well in collaboration with the Country Manager.
- Must be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle a wide range of inquiries and manage small projects efficiently.
- Must maintain a professional, courteous, and flexible demeanor at all times.
- Should possess a supportive and persuasive telephone manner when interacting with clients.
- Must have proficient personal computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software.
- Ideally bilingual in the local or required language(s) and English.
- Previous experience in sales management and administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior sales staff.
