We are seeking an experienced Chief Investment Officer for a large Family Office. This role will be responsible for managing our client's investment portfolio and overseeing the investment strategies. The CIO will lead a team of analysts and ensure the company's investments align with the organization's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's goals and maximize returns.
  • Manage the organization's investment portfolio, including asset allocation and risk management. Allocate capital across various investment vehicles.
  • Prepare and present investment reports to the executive team and board of directors. Communicate investment strategies and performance metrics to stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of investment analysts and managers. Analyze market trends and economic data to inform investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Profile:

  • 12+ years investment/asset allocation experience. Good knowledge in various investment products, such as global equities, fixed income, hedge funds, commodity, private equity funds. Experience in Property Investment will be an advantage.
  • Experience with a family office, a pension fund or an endowment fund . Good knowledge in global financial market, macroeconomics, and geopolitical risks.
  • Proven track record of managing large investment portfolios (US$500Million+) with strong returns and risk management.
  • Proven experience in management: capable to lead a team and discuss asset allocation and investment with the Investment Committee
  • Currently/previously working in an international environment.
  • Financial modeling & valuation: Expertise in fundamental and quantitative analysis.
  • Professional Certifications: CFA / CAIA will be a plus
  • Proficient in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
