Location & Compensation

·     Hybrid: 50% Remote, 50% in office

·     Compensation: $190/hr (Based on the minimum wage standard)

·     Start Date: In mid-November

·     Duration: At least a 6-month internship, with a minimum of 2 workdays per week

Job Description

·     Conduct investment analysis for deal opportunities, including industry and company research, due diligence, and financial modeling

·     Prepare research report on industry and company and participate in deal discussions

·     Support search process including but not limited to drafting marketing materials and assisting in investor communications

Qualification

· Third-year or above student with relevant internship experience in research or investment

· Proficient in Mandarin and English

· Solid knowledge in accounting and related finance concepts

· Ability to conduct in-depth industry and market research

· Self-driven, with positive learning attitude
