Phi Zoyi Capital is looking for interns to join its investment team based in Taipei.

Primary responsibilities:

  1. Screen and evaluate deal opportunities by conducting in-depth investment analysis, including industry & company research, valuation analysis, and financial modeling
  2. Prepare investment memo materials and participate in deal discussions
  3. Liaise with third-party advisors (e.g., lawyers and accountants) in the due diligence process
  4. Execute transaction documentation
  5. Monitor and manage post-investment performance of portfolio companies

A preferred candidate should have the following traits:

  • In the final year of university or graduate school
  • Relevant internships or working experience in private equity/venture capital, corporate investment, investment banking, management consulting, or other investment/strategic roles preferred
  • Ability to conduct in-depth industry/market and business research
  • Basic understanding of high-tech and automotive industries, supply chain, and competitive landscape
  • Financial modeling skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Self-driven with a positive learning attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient English conversation and writing ability
  • Able to work 2.5 days a week, and join for at least 6 months starting in December 2025 ~ January 2026
