About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced VIP Manager to join our team and take ownership of high-value player relationships across our crypto and sportsbetting segments. This is a fully remote role with regular travel required for VIP events and key business meetings. The ideal candidate is retention-driven, player-focused, and experienced in building loyalty within a B2C gaming or crypto environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with high-value VIP players
  • Deliver tailored, high-touch engagement to maximize player satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze player data and behavior to develop and execute personalized strategies
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams
  • Gather player feedback to inform product and service improvements
  • Keep up with trends in crypto, iGaming, and sportsbetting to refine engagement approaches

Who You Are:

  • At least 3 years of experience in VIP Account Management, ideally in iGaming or crypto
  • Deep understanding of player retention and lifecycle management
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Willing to travel internationally for VIP events and client meetings
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
