Job Description

  • CRM member revenue:
  • Maximize LTV (consumer lifetime value) by increasing repeat purchase frequency and driving cross-channel transactions.
  • Expand CRM share of business in FQ store, outlet and franchisee to collect complete data.
  • Consumer data platform:
  • Integrate omni-channel transaction, online behavior, message interaction status and consumer profile to build a single-data pool for digital advertising investment, increased ROI.
  • Cross analyzes CRM, product information and sales promotion to find consumer insights and behavioral models to support business decisions.
  • Personalized communication:
  • Leverage CRM LINE to make retail staff easier to communicate with VIPs and improve communication skills and performance through regular CRM training, case studies, new system functions upgrade and CRM name list.
  • Use CDP data and multiple communication tools (LINE / APP / SMS / email) to create automated communication scripts for different scenarios and optimize communication content based on performance.
