Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters.
  • Monitor and manage legal risks associated with business operations.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed for specialized advice or litigation support.
  • Support the compliance team in ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
  • Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in laws affecting the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on legal issues and risk assessments.
  • Oversee and manage legal documentation and records to maintain organizational integrity.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Assistant Manager should have:

  • A degree in Law from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in corporate law, particularly in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of local legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing legal risks.
