Product Support Engineer Role

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to product improvement and work with other engineers to sustain aspects of our product development life cycle.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in resolving technical system issues that promote product reliability. Opportunities abound for learning and growth in the engineering development space.

To succeed, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with preference given to those holding degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.

Certification in Electronics or related areas is also desirable, as is military experience or training in electronics. Two years of experience with digital HW, SW, and/or analog RF troubleshooting and debugging, as well as lab environment experience, are highly valued skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing organizational or low-level debug or development support tasks, executing modifications and revisions of electronic parts, software, system, components or circuitry with supervision.

Design support for engineers and recommendations for small projects will be provided, along with the installation, upgrade, and configuration of company products and/or components. Product performance will be monitored and analyzed, with simple failures or malfunctions addressed.

A collaborative mindset is essential, as the candidate will work with individuals inside their own team to complete tasks and execute individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
