**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electronics, machines and computer systems.

  • The role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support and maintain relationships with customers to achieve high levels of satisfaction.

  • The ideal candidate will have a university degree in optics/mechatronics or relevant professional experience. They must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key responsibilities include performing technical field service activities, installation and commissioning of equipment, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance, escalation support, user training, sales support and providing timely response to customer requests.

  • To succeed in this role, you should be characterized by an independent way of working, hands-on mentality and assertiveness. Microsoft operating system knowledge is required, as well as good command of written and spoken English.

  • You will work with various stakeholders including sales, logistics, customers and application specialists to ensure effective liaison work involving spare parts ordering, shipment, installation and after-sales service.

Requirements:

  • University degree in optics/mechatronics or relevant professional experience.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Microsoft operating system knowledge.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
