Job Summary

This role involves providing technical support to engineers and making recommendations for small projects. You will also be responsible for installing, upgrading, and configuring company products and/or components, monitoring product performance, and analyzing simple failures or malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform organizational or low-level debug or development support tasks.">
  • Execute modifications and revisions of electronic parts, software, system, components, or circuitry with supervision.">
  • Provide design support for engineers and recommendations for small projects with guidance.">
  • Install, upgrade, and configure company products and/or components.">
  • Monitor product performance and analyze simple failures or malfunctions.">
  • Gather data and information from others to understand simple specifications and execute tasks.">
  • Collaborate with individuals inside own team to complete the team's work and execute individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with minimal supervision.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.">
  • Certification in Electronics or related area.">
  • Military experience or training in electronics field (Rank E4+).">
  • 2+ years of experience with digital HW, SW, and/or analog RF troubleshooting and debugging.">
  • 2+ years of experience in a lab environment.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information.">
  • Ability to work under supervision.">
  • Decision-making affects direct area of work and/or work group.">
