Job Description- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities with high business impact for incremental growth.
- Develop, execute, track, and optimize product growth initiatives in real-time, delivering post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to grow product market share through diverse product and channel mixes.
- Monitor product penetration and market share to stay ahead of competition.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives or projects as needed to drive business objectives.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, product operations, or growth marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for solving complex problems and optimizing performance.
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- A proactive attitude, with a strong ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
