Job Description

A leading organization is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and success in their Health Solutions team in Taiwan.

This role involves working independently to process and procedures to complete routine tasks and maintain general accounts' day-to-day service. The ideal candidate will apply acquired skills with company policies and procedures to complete tasks, sharing knowledge and information for the team with less experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with moderately complex territory/assigned accounts, products/services, sales or account management processes.
  • Maintain extensive interaction with internal and external clients to identify, research and resolve problems.
  • Build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the end-to-end steps of an intermediate to moderately complex process that require review.
  • Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager.
Growth and Sales
  • Identify valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, develop client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.
  • Ensure positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.
Operational Excellence
  • Input leads and pipelines accurately and timely in required internal platform.
  • Review all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks.
  • Possess excellent project management, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
