Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead the operations function in Taiwan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of operational activities to support the growing team in Taiwan.

Your primary focus will be on implementing effective HR strategies and policies to drive business growth and success in Taiwan. You will also manage employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business growth and success in Taiwan

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Taiwan

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

  • At least 8 years of experience in HR management or operational roles in Taiwan, preferably in the tech or startup industry, with deep understanding of Taiwanese employment laws and best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively interact with employees at all levels

  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)

  • Experience managing diverse international teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
